Homeowners shall be permitted to plant annual flowers in existing shrubbery beds. The homeowner would be responsible for maintaining the flowers, removing them in the fall and weeding that area. Additional flower beds may only be established after requesting and obtaining written approval from the Board of Directors by submitting a Change Request Form. Any changes to bushes or trees on the property need written approval from the Board of Directors by submitting a Change Request Form. The planting of vegetable gardens and the use of artificial flowers and plants are strictly prohibited. Any illegal or unapproved landscaping, such as ivy, clinging vines or any landscaping installed without approval, the resident will be notified to remove plantings within Ten (10) days.  If not removed the Associations landscaper will remove the plantings and the unit owner charged for the removal.  The addition of exterior lighting must be approved by the HOA.
